About N9 Panel

N9 Panel is an independent, copyright-safe reconstruction of newtoki9.org. The former network associated with the name distributed webtoons and novels without authorization. This rebuild preserves useful information architecture—catalog, genre browsing, notices, saved lists and search—without restoring infringing content.

Design approach

The visual system is original: warm paper surfaces, energetic pink-violet accents, modular cards and abstract SVG covers. It is inspired by editorial reading platforms generally, not copied from the former site.

What is not included

• No scans, translated chapters or copyrighted cover art.
• No links to mirrors, Telegram address channels or bypass instructions.
• No fake login, payment, tracking or advertising scripts.
